Drive outside of downtown Denver to experience Red Rocks Park where you can admire great views of the Rocky Mountains, go on a hike, and check out the visitor centre for information on the parks history and trails. There is also an amphitheatre geologically formed by the red rocks with great acoustics that is worth the visit even if you can’t make it to a concert there.

4. Coors Field

Catch the Colorado Rockies in action as they hit homeruns in Coors Field or play in the Interactive Area where you can put your batting skills to the test in the video batting cages and the speed pitch area. Guided tours of the stadium are available allowing you to see the dugout, club level and press area that you wouldn’t get to see if you attended a game.

5. Denver Art Museum
